    There are those that prefer cosy and private Room Two. With its natural furnishings and North-facing timber windows Room Two is light-filled and intimate giving it a very held and safe feeling. Air-conditioning and heating keep it comfy all-year round.

  • It all begins with a tour. Email us on info@landing-rooms.com to set up a date and we’ll show you around and let you know how The Landing works

  • You can either pay as you book or reserve appointments ahead and pay for them as you go. If you reserve ahead please pay for your session before it starts.

    You can book a room from as little as an hour in advance

    You can reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 12 hours ahead using the link in your confirmation or reminder email.

  • You can book as many or as few counselling sessions as you like.

    You can book sessions by the hour, hour and a half, half or full day.

    If you’re practice is busy then booking half or full days will get you a discounted hourly rate.

  • Yes, you can book as many of your regular sessions ahead as you like.

  • People cancel for all kinds of reasons. If you need to cancel a session please do it as soon as possible. You can cancel up to 12 hours before an appointment.

    If you’ve paid email us a refund request and we’ll get the funds back to you - funds usually take a couple of days.

    Cancellation fees may occur if a last minute cancellation impacts other practitioners' ability to book.

    If you have any issues just email us at info@landing-rooms.com and we’ll work with you. We understand that things happen and we try to be as flexible as possible.

  • Yes you do, our hourly rate is $25, a four hour half day is $80 and an eight hour full day is $140.

    We also have an hour and a half session for $35.

  • Yes, before you start at The Landing email us your Public Liability Certificate of Currency.

  • Yes! There’s small kitchen with a microwave and kettle, crockery etc. There are a range of teas provided and milk in the fridge.
